Executive Assistant Manager

Key Responsibilities:

1、 Report directly to the General Manager, overlooking hotel operations.

2、 Strong understanding of Accor Tools: Opera-Micros/ Le Club / GSS / LRA / Eval Pack/ Trust You.

3、 Able to lead, motivate and train team members to improve and increase sales and services.

4、 Concentrate on maximising efficiency of Housekeeping and Front Office.

5、 Work with Recreation and Spa teams to maximise internal guest capture and revenue opportunities.

6、 Evaluate the guest mix, recommend & implement operational changes as required.

7、 Ensure employee satisfaction and promote talent management.

8、 Evaluate market competitiveness and drive exceptional financial performance.


Skills & Experience:

1、 Minimum 2 years experience in a management position in China with preferably 4-5 star hotels in hotel operations.

2、 Excellent communication skills in English language (spoken & written).

3、 Strong interpersonal & good leadership skills.Previous experience with F&B / Rooms background is a plus.
